Works have started at the new site at viale Cesare Battisti 40, in Monza, for the construction of the Varallo Re Group’s project, designed by Architect Mario Cucinella and his team at architecture firm MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects: “Giardino Reale”.
The works have started from the necessary activities for the structural reinforcement of Villa Azzurra, a listed building for its historical and artistic value, which will undergo regeneration and conservative restoration.
The works will enhance the target area by using technological solutions fit to maximize energy sustainability and dialogue with the important historical and natural features already existing in that setting.
The project is part of the Urban Living I fund, an alternative real estate mutual fund intended for investing in residential real estate and urban regeneration and renewal, which was set up in cooperation with Colliers Global Investors Italy in July 2021.
