NOM – NORTH OF MILANO

NOM is the name of a new project of the VaralloRE Group, which is managed by Colliers Global Investors Italy and has been designed by the Mario Cucinella Architects firm.

NOM, North Of Milano, is the symbol of urban regeneration, between #Novate milanese and #Milano.

The Project area is in the Municipality of Novate, near important hubs, such as the EXPO facility and the Rho-Pero Exhibition Centre to the west and the Bovisa university hub to the south.

It is near the Torino-Trieste A4 motorway and is well connected to Milan, as the Comasina M3 underground station can be reached with a 5-minute drive, and the Quarto Oggiaro and Affori suburban railway stations with a 10-minute drive.

The project provides for the construction of 530 units which give access also to many services, such as gym, SPA, coworking, bicycle area, water house, children’s play area.

The project will be marketed by Compagnia dell’Abitare.
