In cooperation with Varallo RE Group, Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR (formerly Antirion), an independent asset manager, finalized the acquisition – through the Urban Living II fund – of the former Ercole Marelli area in Sesto San Giovanni, very near Milan.
It used to be an industrial area that had long been abandoned, measuring approximately 97,000 square metres and located between viale Rimembranze and via Thomas Alva Edison. The Urban Living II reserved alternative closed-end real estate mutual fund was subscribed by several institutional investors, including Taconic Capital Advisor LP.
