Last October, at The Dap – Dei Missaglia Art Park, among the architectures of the Business Park of the Gruppo Unipol, the Urban Up | Unipol ‘RE urban – Rethink cities to rebuild the future’ event was held.
A conference on urban regeneration structured into 5 actions: Regenerating, Reusing, Recycling, Reinventing e Retelling.
During the event, the urban regeneration project concerning the Via dei Missaglia area was presented, in which the Varallo RE Group will participate.
For the VaralloRE Group the regeneration of Via dei Missaglia is a challenging project, aimed at reviving the area, by repurposing it as a residential area after having been intended for trade up to now.
The project aims at creating a community setting, with shared green spaces, services for residents, gathering places and wellness and fitness facilities.
